The HP.com Home Page has won a Stevie Award from the American Business Awards (ABA) in the 'Web Sites - Home Page category' where over 40 categories are represented. First published in 1994, numerous improvements have been made to the design and information architecture, with the latest redesign in 2005 to provide simple access to product offerings and support. Ongoing internal customer satisfaction surveys and benchmark studies show HP's homepage satisfies users and outperforms the competition.

Three enhancements were recognized - the Automatic Product Detection Tool; the HP Technology Center; the HP Printer Check - as making finding online help easier and faster.
